This is the beautiful National Christmas Tree on the Ellipse in front of the White House in Washington DC. When I was a kid, my mom used to take me down here to see this display. It’s just as much fun now as it was then, but there are definitely more people. And it’s great to be home for Christmas, even if only for a day.
