This is the 23rd Regiment Armory located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Built between 1891 and 1895, it is one of eight remaining armories in Brooklyn. In an interesting side-note, it was once rented by William Randolph Hurst in 1923 when one of his production company buildings burned to the ground. This was a nice surprise in a cool neighborhood.
