This is the beautiful Bailey Fountain found in Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, New York. Built in 1932 and financed by philanthropist Frank Bailey, the statue is of Wisdom and Felicity with Neptune and Triton at it’s base. I’m sure as summer warms up, more people will be getting a lot closer to this one.
