The Bear’s Tooth is the mountain that gives the Beartooth Highway it’s name. Charles Kuralt called this America’s most beautiful road, and I think I would have to agree. It is well worth the extra drive coming into or leaving Yellowstone National Park.

Thanks James! I’m heading back to Yellowstone next week. Not over the Beartooth Highway, but I’m still looking forward to it. I will hit Lake Tahoe, Grand Tetons and Jackson as well, so watch for some more familiar places. Thanks for your support!
