I just love these places! Looks like they are out in no mans land!
This one certainly was. I was on a back road in the Delta and drove past it, hit the breaks, and made a U-turn because I really wanted this picture.
That’s how I find most of my best images, just driving around, not expecting much when WHAM! Gotta love it when that happens!
I really do. It’s easy to find famous viewpoints, but I find it is more just random luck that I find my favorite shots!
Random luck is how I find mine, too. My wife and I take weekly day trips in any direction to see what we’ll find. Usually they’re planned no more than which way today?
